All three of the comics have now been published. The first comic is about Beowulf's battle with Grendel, the second is about Beowulf's battle with Grendel's mother and the third is about the fight with the dragon and Beowulf's death.
The ISBN number for the first comic (entitled "Beowulf, Book 1: With Grimmest Gripe") is 1-893131-01-7, the ISBN number for the second comic (entitled "Beowulf, Book 2: Gear of War") is 1-893131-02-5, the ISBN number for the third comic (entitled "Beowulf, Book 3: Doom of Glory") is 1-893131-03-3 and the ISBN number for the fourth comic (which is the other 3 combined into a single volume, with a few extra pictures, entitled "The Collected Beowulf") is 1-893131-04-1.
I have scanned the images at 150 pixels per inch (which results in images about 1500 pixels high) and resized them for this site using image editing software. Each of the images on this site is 200 pixels high (~10K). If you click on an image you can see a version which is 515 pixels high (~50K) and if you click on the larger image you can see a version which is 900 pixels high (~110K).
Gareth's comics are beautifully drawn and are printed on high quality paper and will probably make excellent collector's items. They are priced at under $5.00 each (the fourth one, containing the other three combined into a single volumne, is $16 in paperback) and can be purchased directly from Gareth from his web page or by emailing him at Gareth@thecomic.com or by writing to him at Box 390612, Cambridge, MA 02139, or at many comic book stores (although I don't know exactly which ones), or through Amazon.com (search for "Beowulf and Gareth and Hinds") and many other eBookstores.
Alexis began self-publishing his Kid Beowulf comic series through Ambition/Lexpress. In Spring 2008, the series will be relaunched with new artwork and storyline, through Bowler Hat Comics. The first comic in the series is Kid Beowulf and the Blood-Bound Oath, which may be preordered from Bowler Hat Comics' website.
Other books in the series "Kid Beowulf & The Song of Roland" and "Kid Beowulf vs. El Cid" will follow in 2009 & 2010 respectively.
